Return & Exchange Policy (Hair Extensions)

At LeShine Hair, we take quality seriously and carefully inspect every order before shipment. Since hair extensions are a hygiene-sensitive product, we have a strict but fair return & exchange policy.
1. Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
     • Wrong item shipped (wrong color/length/type)
     • Manufacturing defect (shedding, tangling, uneven density, incorrect weft/tape construction)
     • Major quality issue confirmed by our team
2. Time Limit for Claims
All claims must be submitted within:
     • 48 hours after delivery (for quantity/packing mistakes, missing items, wrong items)
     • Within 3 months after delivery (for quality issues)
Any claim reported after these timeframes may not be accepted.
3. Conditions for Return / Exchange Approval
Returned products must meet ALL conditions below:
     • Hair must be unused, unwashed, uncolored
     • Hair must be in original packaging
     • Hair must not be cut, installed, brushed, heat-styled, or chemically treated
     • Security seals/ties must remain intact (if applicable)
Once hair has been installed or altered, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene and resale safety reasons.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
     • Custom color orders / customized orders
     • Custom packaging orders
     • Sample orders (unless major quality defect)
     • Clearance or promotional items
     • Any hair that has been worn, installed, washed, dyed, toned, or cut
5. Claim Process
To request a return or exchange, please provide:
     • Order number
     • Clear photos/videos showing the issue
     • Batch number label (if available)
     • Detailed description of the problem
Our team will review the claim within 1-3 business days.
6. Solutions We Offer
Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:
     • Free replacement in your next shipment
     • Partial refund (for confirmed defect)
     • Store credit
     • Exchange for another product (same value)
We will always choose the most reasonable solution to support your business.
7. Shipping Cost Responsibility
     • If the issue is caused by LeShine Hair (wrong item or quality defect), we will cover the replacement cost and shipping cost.
     • If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong selection, no longer needed, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
8. Important Notes
     • Hair is a handmade product; slight variations in color tone, thickness, or texture may occur and are considered normal.
     • Improper maintenance, incorrect installation, or use of harsh products can cause tangling/shedding and will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
